Laurent Paccini is the chef at this Relais & Châteaux hotel and brings the food of different cultures to his excellent Mediterranean restaurant in Saint-Paul de Vence.
The restaurant has three rooms with vaulted ceilings and trompe-l'oeil frescoes and they have a lovely terrace and flower garden protected by the ramparts.
Open every day from 12:00 to 14:00 & 19:30 to 22:00. Closed from November to March.
