This is one of Saint-Paul's best restaurants serving fine regional dining in the heart of an impressive art collection housing works by Picasso, Matisse, Miró and more.
It is part of a small hotel run by the Roux family and staff here have been making great food for years as leaving just doesn't seem possible.
