Located on Place Saint François, famous for its fish market, this restaurant follows the tradition of Parisian brasseries, offering a typical French menu.
Enjoy tea with lemon and basil macarons in the afternoon in one of their two light and airy dining rooms or on their terrace. For lunch and dinner, their menu changes throughout the year, featuring mainly Niçoise and Corsican specialities with lots of fish and seafood.
Open every day from 12:00 to 14:30 for lunch, and dinner from 19:00 to 23:00.

- "We visited Gaglio for our fist meal in the evening, and all three of us had excellent dishes well cooked with interesting ingredients, on this occasion we eat of the a la carte menu, but the meal was still reasonable priced. The next day we were looking for somewhere to have lunch before we left for the airport, and having studied many not very inspiring menus ended up back at Gaglio again. This time we had the fixed price menu, and again all three of us had excellent plates and excellent deserts, something often missing from French restaurants no crème brulee or tart tatin here!" - Trip Advisor
- "Chose this unassuming restaurant by chance and could not have been more delighted. We were warmly welcomed by the courteous and helpful staff which is always a good start. At last a reasonably priced restaurant which had a proper filet steak on the menu. Mon cher was well pleased having been offered faux filet in almost every other place. - "Ate recently at this restaurant after researching their menu and location, and reading that it was a partner restaurant to La Maison de Marie, which we had dined at a few days earlier. We were more than impressed with both the food and the attentive service from our waiter. Both my husband and I had the set menu for €21 per person, which was tasty and excellent value. There were choices for all 3 courses. Our dining companion chose from the a la carte selection and was happy with his choices. The wine and beer selections are quite extensive.
