Nice in Top 10 best beach cities
National Geographic Traveler puts the city of Nice at no. 4
Well-known publication, National Geographic magazine has published their 'Top Ten' lists for various travel destinations across the globe, including Top Ten Beaches, Top Ten Beach Drinks and Top Ten Beach Cities.
In at number four, just behind Barcelona in Spain, Cape Town in South Africa and Honolulu Hawaii, is our very Nice on the French Cote d'Azur. With some 35 beaches stretching along the coastline and the famous Promenade des Anglais, in front of the Baie des Anges, the city of Nice is a popular beach city destination. Other cities to come in behind Nice, include Miami, Florida and Rio de Janeiro in Brazil.
If that wasn't enough then you'll find that Rosé from the Côte d'Azur also enjoys a place in the Top Ten Beach Drinks. At number nine the cool drink is said to be the ideal beachside quaff.
