21km running race from Nice to Cap d'Ail via Monaco
One of the most beautiful half-marathons in Europe, this running race passes through the glamorous seafront resorts of the French Riviera.
Starting in Nice, the race continues through the iconic Riviera resorts of Villefranche-Sur-Mer, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu-Sur-Mer, Eze, Cap d'Ail and Monaco.
Proceeds from the race go to support a chosen charity, so it's all in a good cause.
Where and when
The race starts at 9am by the Quai du Commerce at the Port de Nice; it continues along the coastal paths and through various towns and villages to finish on the beach at Plage Marquet in Cap d'Ail.
Venue
The race starts at the Port of Nice and finishes on Plage Marquet at Cap d'Ail, free shuttle buses will run between the start and finish lines.
History
The race has been taking place since 1905, stopping only during the two world wars, making it a tradition of over 100 years old!
