A food lover by nature, with an inquisitive mind, Isabella adapts simple ingredients to create a different and diversified cuisine; she searches for alternatives to dairy products, gluten…
During her classes, Isabella shares with passion her love of cooking but also her interest in humanist and ecological values.
Workshops are from 10am to 2pm; this is the time necessary to prepare 3 dishes (starter, main course, dessert) that you can then enjoy together.
Conviviality is part of the game: a glass of wine will be served during the course and it will be a moment to share your favourite recipes… (Prices include the cooking class, meals and two glasses of wine per person).
