A delightful, calm and historical boat trip that is provided free by the city council so that tourists and locals may enjoy this crossing and travel from one side of the port to the other with ease.
Originally used a taxi service until the 1960s, the boat has now been modernised to comply with requirements for sustainable development.
The boat leaves from the Old Port of Nice from Charles Félix and travels to quai d'Entrecasteaux.

This is great if your accommodation is on the east side of the Port as this regular shuttle makes travel into the city centre particularly easy.

The free shuttle boat service runs from mid may until mid October, daily from 10:00 until 19:00.
